JADT developed, owned, and managed this 16,000 square foot strip shopping center. Tenants included Caribou Coffee, Great Clips Hair Salon, Subway Subs, a liquor store, a chiropractor, and nail salon.

Tim represented the McDonald’s Corporation throughout the Midwest. His duties and responsibilities included market evaluation, site selection, contract/lease negotiations, managing the entitlement process and site plan coordination.
